Shipping Policy

Production time

Because everything is made to order, your item is printed after payment reflects. Most orders are printed and packed within 3–6 business days.

Delivery via PUDO

We ship to PUDO lockers across South Africa. Choose your preferred locker in the cart before checkout. Shipping is a flat R90 per order, no matter how many items you buy.

• Once shipped, we email you a tracking number.
• Delivery to the locker usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• You'll get a PIN from PUDO to open the locker when your parcel arrives.

Door-to-door delivery

Prefer delivery to your home, farm or office? Choose door-to-door in the cart and enter your street address on the checkout page. Door-to-door is a flat R120 per order.

Free delivery

Orders of R1000 or more (products total) ship free, whether you choose PUDO or door-to-door.

Uncollected parcels

Please collect your parcel within the time PUDO allows. Parcels that are returned to us because they weren't collected may need a second shipping fee to resend.
